Amateur women tennis players who live in the Lehigh Valley or Middle States with
a draw limited to 64, are invited to participate in the Mecco Cup Wild Card
Tournament to be held at the West End Racquet Club in Allentown, Pa. The event
is scheduled for Tues. May 25, through Fri. May 28, shortly before the MECCO
Cup.
A champion and finalist in the Wild Card tournament will automatically
become qualified in the $25,000 Women's MECCO Cup Tournament Jun. 6 -13, 2004.
So for local women who would like to play in a professional USTA tournament, at
least once in their lives, this is your chance! Neil Curtis, Senior Tennis Pro
is the director of the Wild Card Tournament. Entry fee is $45. For more
