TENNIS IN THE PARKS

PROGRAM APPLICATION

The National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA), in partnership with the United States Tennis Association (USTA), will grant up to $5,000 to approved agencies, in an effort to enhance the quality of tennis through park and recreation programming. The Park and Recreation agency will be required to use the funds for 1) hiring a certified tennis professional (preferred), 2) improving the quality of existing instructors by hosting and/or attending a USTA Development Coach Workshop, or 3) offering USA Team Tennis programs for both youth and adults, including a community tennis event.
