When you become a USTA member, you become affiliated with
three levels of the tennis organization

National - The National membership includes
getting Tennis Magazine and USTA Magazine subscriptions

Sectional
- USTA/MS Annual Directory
—mailed in early April to current
members (as of February 15). Note: publication must be requested in
advance, see www.ustamiddlestates.com
for ordering information.
- Court Reporter
—mailed in early May and late November with
the respective ensuing six-month USTA/MS tournament schedule.
- Atlantic Racquet Press (ARP)
—mailed in mid-March, mid-June,
mid-September and mid-December.
- Servingtennis@ms.usta.com
—electronic informational and
entertainment newsletter e-mailed periodically throughout the year.
- As a USTA member, you will be able to enjoy recreational USA Tennis
programs and competitive USTA-sanctioned tournaments. You will also be
able to take advantage of special ticket discounts at professional
tennis events, such as the WORLD TEAMTENNIS Delaware Smash and
Philadelphia Freedoms. In addition, you will receive special merchandise
offers and invitations to USTA Member Appreciation Days at various
tennis events, including the prestigious US Open. Finally, your USTA
membership helps make tennis available to diverse populations throughout
the country.

District (determined by where you live).
USTA/MS is one of 17 sections throughout
the United States, and encompasses Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey (exclusive
of a 35-mile radius around New York City), and northwestern West Virginia. USTA/MS/EPD
is one of six districts within the Middle States section and encompasses an Area
below Allentown, the Poconos, and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area. Whatever your reason for joining the USTA, you will find
membership in the USTA/Middle States section very rewarding.
